TURNAROUND TIME
1. Orders that require custom work has a separate turnaround time.
2. Free courier shipping (local) will be provided for purchases above SGD90.
Gift Box
If you've opted for our Gift Box, you are highly encouraged to opt for Courier, Self-Collect or Next-day Delivery to ensure that the gift box remains intact. His Little Champs will not be liable for any damaged gift box.
Normal mail
Orders are packed and mailed out in 1 - 3 business days via Singapore Post
This mailing option is non-trackable. His Little Champs will not be liable for any lost mails.
Courier Option
Orders are packed and sent out in 1 - 3 business days.
This mailing option is trackable.
Next-day delivery
Orders are packed and delivered in 1 business day.
Self-Collection
Self-Collection will be done at Tampines. The exact address for pick-up will be sent to you after payment has been made. Do note that same-day self-collection is not possible as we require some time to pack your items.
Returns and
exchange policy
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns.
Exchanges will only be done if the product(s) has defect upon receiving.
All defective items must be made known to His Little Champs within 3 working days upon receiving. An exchange will be made in place of the defective product. Exchanges may be refused at management's discretion.
In the case that the defective product is out of stock, a refund will be done. Please allow
14 business days for a refund to be fully processed.
Discounted and promotional items are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange.
Size guide
If you are purchasing for a newborn, you’re encouraged to purchase size 3 - 6 months. We usually encourage customers to purchase a size bigger than the actual age of the baby. For example, we encourage you to purchase size 6 - 9 months for a 5 month old baby instead of a size 3 - 6 months. You may also refer to our size guide below.

While we try our best to fulfill the items, we may occasionally make mistakes. Please reach out to us via Facebook or Instagram 5 days upon receiving the package.
