How long does it take for my products to be shipped after ordering?
Can I change my order(s) after the purchase has been made?
Changes of order can only be made if it has not been shipped out. You may contact us at email@example.com or directly message us on Instagram (@hislittlechamps) with your order confirmation number to check on the status of the order.
How long does it take to customise a baby romper?
It takes approx. 3 - 5 working days for the rompers to be produced and be ready for delivery from the cut-off time.
Cut-off time to order customised baby rompers at 8pm of every Monday
If your purchase is made after the cut-off time, your order will produced with the next batch of orders.
Parcel will be delivered to you based on the mailing option chosen. Please refer to our mailing options tab for more information.

Yes, we do! Please email us your address at firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about overseas mailing charges.
I need my order urgently. Can I get it the next day after purchase?
Can I customise with my own design?
Yes, we welcome all personal designs in AI, TTF, & PDF formats. Ensure that resolutions of artworks are be good enough for clear printing. Do drop us an email at email@example.com with your artwork and we’ll work out something from there.
1. How should I go about choosing the size?
You may refer to our size guide below. If you are purchasing for a new born, you’re encouraged to purchase size 3-6 months. We usually encourage customers to purchase a size bigger than the actual age of the baby. For example, we encourage you to purchase size 6-9 months for a 5 month old baby instead of a size 3-6 months.
